For this reason, we cannot offer refunds on:

Flavor preferences or changed minds
If there is an issue
We’re committed to quality. If your order arrives incorrect or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours with your name, pickup date, and a photo so we can make it right.
Merchandise Orders (Hats, Shirts & More)
All merchandise including, but not limited to, hats, shirts, bags, cups, and accessories — is produced on demand through a trusted third-party screen-printing and drop-shipping partner.
This means:

Each item is created only after your order is placed

We do not carry inventory or overstock
This process helps reduce waste and ensures every item is made with intention
Because these items are custom printed for each order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun or the item has shipped.
However…
If your merchandise arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with our production partner to replace it.
Order Cancellations
Cookie orders: may be canceled up to 48 hours before your pickup time
Merchandise orders: may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase before printing begins
After these windows, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
