Since we are always asked "do you have gouda in your cookies?", well...now we do. This cookie has our cookie dough recipe with a great blend of gouda cheese, sesame, pepper, and poppy seed. That beautiful biscuit taste with that soft gooda dough texture. So gooda and confusing that we called it the Biscooda Gouda.
