The what? The Dulchurro! Our own take on a nice thick snickerdoodle cookie! not a light sugar cookie dough with a few sprinkles of cinnamon, no... The Dulchurro is a bit darker with cinnamon mixed inside the dough which gives it that beautiful brown color. In addition, we add small caramel ships inside!  Then we roll that sucker in a cinnamon sugar mix before baking!
